Safer Travel guidance

To travel on our lines it is mandatory to keep a face covering. Use it to protect both nose and mouth. On board, sit only where permitted. Before and after your journey, sanitize your hands using the dispensers available in all metro stations, at the ATM Points and on various surface vehicles.

Tickets and passes can be purchased on our app

On our app you can buy single tickets valid in all STIBM fare system areas and also 10-trip tickets. If you are a subscriber, you can top up with a monthly pass, renew your annual or buy a weekly pass: you only need to save your electronic card on the app and pay by credit card or PayPal.

On-call services: Radiobus, Chiamabus and Smartbus

Radiobus service
Radiobus service is no longer bookable. Call center operates every day, from 1.00 pm to 7.30 pm only for information. Each line follows a scheduled route and buses only make stop that are located along the route. At the terminus there are the timetables of all departure, alternatively find out routes and stops of each line at this link. A 2€ ticket (zones Mi1-Mi3) or a valid travel pass is requested to use the service. Tickets can be purchased from the automatic machines located in metro stations, authorized resellers or buy a ticket via ATM official app.

Chiamabus and Smartbus
Chiamabus and Smartbus services are suspended.

ATM Point and other information offices

  • ATM Point: use our app to book your appointment. Here are the opening times:
    - Duomo, Centrale and Cadorna are open from Monday to Saturday, from 7:45 am at 8 pm. On Sunday from 10:15 am to 1:15 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm.
    - Garibaldi, Loreto and Romolo are open from Monday to Saturday, from 7:45 am at 8 pm.
  • Net Point in Monza: from Monday to Friday, from 8.15 am to 6.30 pm. On Saturday from 8.15 am to 2 pm. Closed on Sunday.
  • Area B and Area C information office: they are open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Use our app to book in advance.
  • Sanction Office at Stelvio 2: open from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12:30 am and from 1:30 pm to 4 pm.

Metro Cascina Gobba-San Raffaele

Metro service operates from 1pm to 8 pm. Alternatively, to reach San Raffaele Hospital, you can use bus line 925 leaving from Cascina Gobba station on line M2 (recommended stop: via Olgettina). It’s not possible to use Bike Sharing of San Raffaele when the metro is closed.

Night buses

No changes to the timetable for lines NM1, NM2, NM3 and N90/91. Weekend routes of lines N15, N24, N27, N42, N50, N54, N57, N80, N94 are suspended.

  • Information about the public transport service: from Monday to Saturday from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm.
  • Information about BikeMi: from Monday to Saturday from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm.
  • Information about Accessibility: from Monday to Saturday from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Area B and Area C Infoline (02 48.68.40.01)

The service operates from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 12 pm and on Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm.
