Asking for assistance on the metro
On the M1, M2 and M3 lines, our station operators constantly monitor the platforms thanks to cameras connected to their cabin monitors and also monitored by the staff in the metro operations room.
To communicate with our operators, you can use intercoms in the middle of the platforms (on M1 and M2) and video intercoms (at the beginning, middle and end of the platform on M3). On the M4 and M5 lines, all stations and trains are monitored by cameras, including elevators. At the station, you can use the SOS button on the intercom to speak to staff in the metro operations room.
