Tram 3
It runs normally between Lorenteggio and piazza XXIV Maggio. It then continues on via Col di Lana, viale Bligny, Porta Vigentina, Porta Romana, Missori, via Mazzini. It terminates in via Dogana (Duomo). From there it departs in the opposite direction towards Lorenteggio. No service between Gratosoglio and piazza XXIV Maggio.
Tram 5
It runs normally between Niguarda and Lazzaretto. From there it follows the same route as tram 33 to Lagosta: it stops in via Vittorio Veneto, Repubblica, via Monte Santo, via Monte Grappa, via Farini (Garibaldi), via Ugo Bassi, via Porro Lambertenghi. From Lagosta, the trams leave in the opposite direction towards Niguarda. No service between Lazzaretto and Ortica.
Between Caiazzo and Lambrate use M2, then bus B19 to Ortica.
Tram 9
From 11 am to 6:30 pm, service is suspended on the entire line.
Tram 12
It runs normally between Roserio and via Larga. Then it turns and terminates in piazza Fontana (Duomo). From there it leaves in the opposite direction towards Roserio. No service between Duomo and piazza Ovidio.
Between San Babila and Repetti use M4.
Tram 15
From 11 am to 6:30 pm, no service between Missaglia and Duomo. Between Missaglia and Rozzano it is replaced by bus B15.
- Towards Rozzano: buses stop in via Baroni before via Curiel (where the N15 stops), via Curiel, via Curiel 112, viale Isonzo 7/9, via Mazzocchi before v.le Romagna (where the N15 stops), v.le Romagna 16, v.le Romagna before via Cabrini, viale Don Lonni after viale Lombardia, v.le Don Lonni before via delle Mimose, v.le Liguria before via Guido Rossa.
- Towards Missaglia/Boifava: buses stop in via Guido Rossa (where tram 15 terminates), viale Liguria after via Guido Rossa, viale Liguria after via delle Orchidee, viale Don Lonni before viale Toscana, viale Romagna after viale Toscana (where the N15 stops), viale Romagna, 16 (where the N15 stops), via Mazzocchi before via Buozzi (where the N15 stops), via Curiel after via Isonzo (side lane), via Curiel after via Lambro, via Curiel before via Francesco Maggi.
As an alternative, between Abbiategrasso and Cadorna use M2+M1 to Duomo.
Tram 16
It runs normally between San Siro Stadium and via Mazzini (Duomo). Then it turns in via Albricci, passes through via Larga and terminates in piazza Fontana (Duomo). From there it leaves in the opposite direction towards San Siro. No service between Missori and Monte Velino.
Between Missori and Corvetto use M3, then bus 93 to piazzale Cuoco.
Tram 19
It operates between Castelli and piazza Virgilio. It then continues to Centrale: it stops in via Boccaccio, Cadorna, Foro Buonaparte, via Cusani, Broletto, via Manzoni, via Turati, Repubblica, via Monte Santo, via Galilei, via Filzi and piazza IV Novembre. No service between Lambrate and piazza Virgilio. Between Lambrate and via Pascoli it is replaced by bus B19.

From 11 am to 6:30 pm, no service between Ripamonti/Quaranta and Duomo. Between Vigentino and Ripamonti/Quaranta it is replaced by bus B24.
- Towards Toffetti: buses stop at via Ripamonti/via Selvanesco, via Ripamonti after via Chopin, via Ripamonti 255 before via Val di Sole, via Ripamonti 205 before via Noto, via Ripamonti after via dell'Assunta and via Ripamonti after via Quaranta. They make the same stops as the N24. In viale Ortles before via Condino, viale Ortles after via Gargano, viale Ortles after via Calabiana, viale Brenta after piazza Bonomelli, viale Bacchiglione after corso Lodi, via Sulmona after piazzale Bologna and via Sulmona in front of number 23. They make the same stops as bus 34.
- Towards Vigentino: buses stop in via Sulmona after via Toffetti, via Sulmona 23, via Bacchiglione after piazzale Bologna, viale Brenta after corso Lodi, viale Brenta before piazza Bonomelli, viale Ortles after via Calabiana, viale Ortles after via Orobia and viale Ortles after via Condino. They make the same stops as bus 34. In via Ripamonti after via Solaroli, before via Sibari, via Ripamonti at number 202 before via Noto, via Ripamonti after Via Val di Sole, via Ripamonti at number 292 after via Chopin and via Gagini after via Ripamonti. They make the same stops as the N24.
Tram 27
From 11 am to 6:30 pm, no service between Forlanini M4 and Duomo. Between Ungheria and Forlanini M4, it is replaced by bus B27.

From 11 am to 6:30 pm it is replaced by tram 5 between Lagosta and via Lazzaretto. Between via Pascoli and Lambrate it is replaced by bus B19 (the bus route can be found under Tram 19, just above). No service between viale Tunisia and piazza Ascoli.
Bus 39
It operates between Piola and via Pitteri. It skips the stops between viale Gran Sasso and Loreto.
Between Piola and Loreto, use M2.
Bus 47
It operates between Bisceglie and piazzale Cantore. It takes the usual route to via Schievano. It passes through Ripa di Porta Ticinese, via Valenza, Porta Genova and corso Colombo. It skips the stops of Romolo and via Segantini.
Between via Schievano and Romolo use trolleybus 90.
Bus 54
It operates between Cascina Gobba and piazzale Susa. It skips the stops in corso Plebisciti.
Between Susa and Dateo use M4.
Bus 55
It operates between Cimitero di Lambrate and Piola. It takes the usual route up to piazza Durante. Then it passes through viale Lombardia. It skips the stops between via Porpora and Loreto.
Between Piola and Loreto use M2.
Bus 56
It operates between Loreto and via Padova/Predabissi. Then it continues on via Costa and terminates in via Andrea Costa after via D'Aviano (Loreto). From there it leaves in the opposite direction towards Crescenzago. No service between Predabissi and via Andrea Doria.
Bus 59
It operates between Famagosta and via Rimini. It skips the stops between via Spezia and Porta Lodovica.
Between Famagosta and Porta Genova use M2, then tram 3 to Porta Lodovica.
Bus 60
It operates between Zara and via Vitruvio/Benedetto Marcello. No service between Lima and Duomo.
Between Zara and Duomo use M3, then M1 between Duomo and Lima.
Bus 61
From 11 am to about 6:30 pm the service is suspended on the entire line.
Between Dateo and San Babila use M4.
Bus 62
It operates between piazza Sire Raul and the viale Dei Mille/piazza Novelli stop, where it terminates. No service between piazza Novelli and Porta Romana.
Between Dateo and San Babila use M4, then M1 from San Babila to Duomo and M3 to Porta Romana.

From 11 am to about 6:30 pm the service is suspended on the entire line.
Between Abbiategrasso and Cadorna use M2, then bus 96 to largo Augusto.
Bus 66
It operates between Peschiera Borromeo and piazzale Martini. From there it leaves in the opposite direction. No service between piazzale Martini and via Cadore.
Bus 79
From 11 am to approximately 6:30 pm the service is suspended on the entire line.
Between Gratosoglio and Abbiategrasso use bus B15, then M2 from Abbiategrasso to Porta Genova and tram 3 to Porta Lodovica.
Bus 81
It operates between Sesto Marelli M1 and the stop of via Benedetto Marcello. No service between Benedetto Marcello and Lambrate. From there it leaves in the opposite direction.
Between Lambrate and Centrale use M2.
Bus 84
The buses operate on two separate routes: Porta Volta-piazza Cavour and Corvetto-piazza Insubria. No service between Imperatore Tito and piazza Cavour.
Trolleybus 90
No service between Romolo and Zara. It operates between Lotto, Zara and Romolo.
Between Romolo and Garibaldi use M2, then M5 from Garibaldi to Zara.

From 11 am to about 6:30 pm the service is suspended on the entire line.

It operates between Cadorna M1 M2-largo Augusto and Cadorna-Fatebenefratelli. No service between largo Augusto and via Fatebenefratelli. Between San Babila and Duomo use M1, then M3 to Turati.
Bus 97
From 11 am to about 6:30 pm the service is suspended on the entire line.
Bus 973
It operates between Peschiera Borromeo and the Repetti M4 stop. From here it turns into via Bruto and terminates in piazza Ovidio. It then leaves in the opposite direction. No service between Repetti and Cinque Giornate.
Between Repetti and Tricolore use M4.
