If you have a physical travel card, save it on the app: you can load the travel pass by paying by credit card or PayPal. Once purchased, the pass must then be activated on an ATM and NET line. The pass needs to be activated the day after purchase: just bring the travel card close to the metro turnstiles or to the readers on board trams, buses and trolleybuses. We recommend that you always buy your pass at least one day before your trip.
Bring the ticket's QR code close to the turnstile reader. To facilitate reading, do not rotate the phone horizontally: keep it upright and at least 5 centimetres away from the reader. If you make multiple tube trips with the same ticket (within the time limits of validity), you must validate it on each new trip. Tap the ticket to revalidate it.
On all means of transport, you can only travel with valid tickets or subscriptions. Therefore, always validate your ticket before boarding. In case of checks, open the app and show our staff the validated ticket. If you have printed the ticket, show it and keep it until the end of the journey.
Once you print the carnet, the digital version disappears from the app. Keep the printed version as it is needed for all the remaining trips.Do not delete or update the app while using the ticket
