How to take the bus

  • On the day of travel, one hour before departure, you will receive an SMS with the time slot of arrival at your stop
  • Another text message notifies you when the bus has arrived. The bus always waits about two minutes from the scheduled timetable, even when it arrives early. For example: if the departure timetable of your trip is set for 12 noon, the bus will wait until 12:02, even if it arrives at 11:55.
  • We suggest you arrive at the stop a few minutes in advance. If you have an unforeseen event, you can cancel the ride directly from the app or from 02 4803 4803: you will help us reschedule the service for the other passengers on the ride.
