M2 track replacement: part closure between Cadorna and Garibaldi from July 19th to September 7th

From July 19th to September 7th, there will be no service on line M2, in both directions, between Cadorna and Garibaldi:

  • trains from Gessate and Cologno will terminate at Garibaldi (here you can change to metro line M5, trains, and S lines)

  • Lanza and Moscova will be closed

What we will be doing while the line will be closed

The rail infrastructure will undergo a comprehensive upgrade, including track replacement.
We will be working after the end of the school term to reduce the impact on our customers. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your understanding. These essential works are part of the multi-year renewal plan that we are implementing in several phases to avoid the complete closure of a strategic line of our network.
