Stramilano on Sunday 3 May: detours and closures 

On Sunday 3 May there will be the Stramilano running race. Check the road closures on this page. Find all the service changes below.

Duomo station will be closed from 7.30 am

• From 7.30 am M1 and M3 trains will skip Duomo. The station will be closed by order of the public security authorities. To change lines, use Centrale, Loreto, or Cadorna. To reach Piazza Duomo, alight at the nearby stations of Cordusio, San Babila, Montenapoleone or Missori. (Network map)
• Duomo ATM point will be closed. As an alternative, consider Centrale or Cadorna ATM points.

Trams and buses will be diverted from approximately 7.30 am to 1.30 pm

Tram 1

In both directions it skips the stops between Repubblica and Sempione/Procaccini. It stops at Monte Santo, Monte Grappa, Rosales, Garibaldi, Ferrari, Monumentale, Procaccini. Between Repubblica and Corso Sempione use M3 + M5 changing at Zara.

Tram 2

No service between Piazzale Baiamonti and Porta Genova. Use M2 between Moscova and Porta Genova.

Tram 4

It operates between Bignami and Monumentale. No service between Monumentale and Cairoli. Use M2 between Garibaldi and Cadorna and then M1 to Cairoli.

Tram 10

No service between Baracca and Sempione/Procaccini. It operates between Segesta M5 and Piazza 24 Maggio and between Viale Lunigiana and Piazza Sei Febbraio. Use M1 between Conciliazione and Cadorna.

Tram 12

It operates between Monumentale and Roserio. No service between Monumentale and Ovidio. Use M5, M2 and M4 changing at Garibaldi, Sant'Ambrogio. Or, between Ovidio and Cinque Giornate use tram 27, then M4 to San Babila.

Tram 14

It serves between Cimitero Maggiore and Monumentale. No service between Monumentale and Cairoli. Use M2 between Garibaldi and Cadorna and then M1 to Cairoli.

Tram 15

It operates between Rozzano and Giambologna. No service between Duomo and Giambologna. Use M2 between Abbiategrasso and Cadorna, then M1 to Cordusio.

Tram 16

It operates between San Siro Stadio and Baracca. No service between Baracca and Tito Livio. It is replaced by bus B16 between Monte Velino and Tito Livio. From here the buses continue to Porta Romana, passing through piazzale Libia, via Tiraboschi, piazza Buozzi and corso Lodi. Use the M3 between Lodi and Missori. M1 between San Babila and Conciliazione.

Tram 19

In both directions it skips the stops between via Bixio and Domodossola. It stops at Procaccini, Monumentale, Ferrari, Garibaldi, Rosales, Monte Santo, Repubblica, Veneto, Porta Venezia, Piave. Use the M1 between Porta Venezia and Cadorna, the M2 to Garibaldi and the M5 to Domodossola.

Tram 24

It operates between Vigentino and Ripamonti/Sabotino. No service between Ripamonti/Sabotino and Piazza Fontana. Use M3 between Porta Romana and Missori.

Tram 27

It operates between Hungary and Five Days. No service between Cinque Giornate and Fontana. Use M4 between Tricolore and San Babila.

Bus 43

Towards p.za Firenze skips the stops from Gioia to Domodossola. Towards Greco from Piazza Gramsci to Gioia. It stops at Garibaldi, Monumentale and via Procaccini. Use M5 between Garibaldi and Domodossola.

Bus 50

It operates between Lorenteggio and Aquileia. It does not pass through Conciliazione, Cadorna and Cairoli. Use M1 between Conciliazione and Cairoli.

Bus 57

It operates between Quarto Oggiaro and Canonica/Cagnola. It does not pass through via Legnano, Lanza and Cairoli. Use M2 between Lanza and Cadorna, then M1 to Cairoli.

Bus 58

It operates between Baggio and Bolivar. No service between Bolivar and Aquileia. Use M4 between Sant'Ambrogio and Bolivar.

Bus 60

It operates between Zara and Cadore/22 Marzo. From here it continues to Corso Lodi. It skips stops between Via Cadore/Corso 22 Marzo and Duomo. Use the M3 between Lodi and Missori.

Bus 61

It operates between Murani and Piazza Risorgimento. No service between Piazza Risorgimento and Duomo. Use M4 between Tricolore and San Babila.

Bus 65

It operates between Piazza Abbiategrasso and Porta Romana. It does not stop at Sforza Policlinico, Palazzo di Giustizia, Rotonda della Besana and Lamarmora. Use M3 between Porta Romana and Missori.

Bus 67

It operates between Baggio and Piazza Piemonte. No service between Piazza Piemonte and Baracca. Use M1 between Wagner and Conciliazione.

Bus 68

It operates between Bonola and Piazzale Arduino. No service between Piazzale Arduino and Bergognone. Use M1 between Lotto and San Babila, then M4 to California.

Bus 84

It operates between Corvetto and Cadore/Spartaco. From here it continues in Via Cadore and terminates in Porta Romana. No service between Cadore/Spartaco and Porta Volta. Use the M3 between Porta Romana and Missori, then the M1 from San Babila to Cadorna and the M2 to Moscova

Bus 85

It operates between Bolivar and Piazza Piemonte. No service between Piazza Piemonte and Cadorna. Use M1 between Wagner and Cadorna.

Buses 96 and 97

They operate between Cadorna and Visconti di Modrone. The terminus at Cadorna has been moved to via Carducci 2. Use M1 between Cadorna and San Babila.

Bus 973

It operates between Via Cadore/Corso 22 Marzo and Peschiera. It skips the stops of Cinque Giornate and piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio. Use M4 between Dateo and San Babila.
