Tram 2: diversions
Tram 2 is changing service to allow redevelopment works in the city centre (renewal of roads, water mains, sewers, and tram tracks). In addition, there is also a road work site for the extension of the line to Villapizzone.
Until 2 October, in both directions, trams are diverted and do not stop in Cantore, Genoa, Correnti, Turin, Duomo, Orefici, Cordusio, Broletto, Ponte Vetero. They terminate at Maciachini instead of Bausan (they do not stop in Stelvio, Lancetti, Nigra, Imbriani)
From Negrelli, trams arrive at the Colombo/Cantore stop. Then they divert. They stop in Coni Zugna, AquileIa, San Michele del Carso, Baracca (Conciliazione M1), Ariosto, V Alpini, Vincenzo Monti, Boccaccio, Cadorna, Cairoli, Lanza. From Lanza they make the normal stops up to the Farini/Stelvio stop. Then, instead of turning into Viale Stelvio, they continue into Via Farini and terminate at Maciachini (at the tram 4 stop).
These stops are suspended:
- Bernina
- Lancetti
- Nigra
- Imbriani/via Scalvini
- Bausan
