Lines 16, 49, 64, 78 and 80 are diverted on football match days 

Some lines change service before, during and after the match.

Tram line 16

From two hours before until the start of the football match, trams to San Siro Stadio skip piazza Axum (Stadio Meazza) stop. During the match, they terminate at via Dessié. At the end of the match, for about an hour, trams to Monte Velino skip the stop in via Dessié (San Siro Stadio M5).

Bus route 49

From two hours before the end of the match, buses are diverted in both directions and skip the stops between via Harar and via Morgantini. They run along via San Giusto, via Novara, and piazza Melozzo da Forlì. At the end of the match, for about an hour, buses to Lotto are diverted and skip the stops between via Harar and via Morgantini. Towards Piazza Tirana, they skip the stops from piazza Axum (Stadio Meazza) to via Novara/Sant'Elena.

Bus routes 64 and 80

At the end of the match, for about an hour, buses to Bonola and Via Piccoli/Quinto Romano are diverted and skip the stops from Via Novara/Via San Giusto to Via Novara/Via Sant'Elena.

Bus routes 78 (in service until around 10 pm) and Q78 (in service after 10 pm)

At the end of the match, for about an hour, buses to Bisceglie are diverted and skip the stops from via Diomede/Sant'Elia to via Patroclo/via Bisanzio. Towards Via Govone, they skip the stops from via San Giusto/via Ferreri to via Pinerolo/via Harar.

Change at Lotto between M1 and M5

The corridor connecting M1 and M5 at Lotto station may be closed. To change lines, exit through the turnstiles of one line and re-enter through the other line’s turnstiles: the same ticket is valid.

M5 stations closed at the end of the match

Segesta and Ippodromo stations close at the end of the match to help supporters leave the stadium.
