The Municipality of Milan has introduced forms of payment for parking on the blue lines, to facilitate some particular categories of workers who are forced to use private vehicles for their travels. There are two types of parking tickets:

• Travel passes;
• Parking credits to be deducted.

Travel passes

Travel passes can only be purchased online and are of three types:

• Ordinary; can be purchased by anyone on the Easypark and MooneyGo apps
• Reserved for TPL Travel pass holders: after verification of possession of a valid travel pass, on sale only on the MooneyGo app
• Facilitated: subject to (Italian) preliminary investigation for the issuance. Travel passes are monthly and annual only. They are only sold on the MooneyGo app

Ordinary passes

They are valid for a single parking area located in the Cerchia Extrafiloviaria (green areas, on the attached map), where the hourly fare is € 1.20 / hour. The validity does not extend to Area 38 Via Impastato (Interchange) and for Area 43 to the streets of the "Bicocca" area (formerly Area 29) The aforementioned travel pass is open to everyone, without any limitations.

The price of the Monthly Ordinary Extratrolleybus is € 50.

The price of the annual Ordinary Extratrolleybus is € 500.



Travel passes for Public Transport Subscribers

They are valid for a single parking area located in the Cerchia Extrafiloviaria (green areas, on the attached map), where the hourly fare is € 1.20 / hour .. The validity does not extend to Area 38 Via Impastato (Interchange) and for Area 43 to the streets of the "Bicocca" area (former Area 29). The aforementioned travel pass is aimed at holders of an urban public transport travel pass (local public transport travel passes that include M1-M3) with the same time validity.

The price of the Monthly TPL Subscribers is € 40.

The price of the Annual TPL Subscribers is € 400.

The travel pass is on sale from the 23rd of the month before use directly on the MooneyGo app; the travel pass is available within 48 hours of the purchase of the TPL travel pass after validation of the same.


Subsidizedsubscriptions

The following are valid for a single parking area included in any circle:

• Extra-trolleybus circle (green areas) – Areas 8, 25, 30, 31, 34, 35, 36, 40, 42, 43.
• Trolleybus Circle (blue areas) – Areas 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23;
• Cerchia dei Bastioni – Area C (purple areas) – Areas 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

The possibility of obtaining the aforementioned travel pass is aimed at
- Shift workers and Administration Establishments: those workers who work in timetables articulated shifts, with entry to the workplace in timetable before 6.30 a.m. or exit in timetables after 9.00 p.m. This category includes: employees of administration businesses, newsagents and journalists who operate normally, even if not on the basis of predefined shifts, at the timetables indicated above.

For the Cerchia dei Bastioni – Area C only, there are travel passes with differentiated hourly validity:

• Mattinale (with coverage of the paid parking slot from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.);
• Evening (with coverage of the paid parking slot from 14.00 to 24.00);
• Full day (with coverage of the paid parking slot from 8.00 to 24.00).

- Local operators: each economic activity distinguished by ATECORI code indicated in table 1 attached, to the extent of a travel pass for each individual commercial or craft activity based in the parking area. The ATECORI code is reported in the Chamber of Commerce certificate.

They are valid for a single parking area, located only within the Cerchia dei Bastioni – Area C (purple area). The possibility of obtaining the aforementioned travel pass is aimed exclusively at those who carry out Functions of Primary Public Utility, such as: health workers and law enforcement officers who operate in the time slots with entry to the workplace in timetable before 6.30 a.m. or exit in timetables after 9.00 p.m.

The price of the Monthly Subsidized for Primary Public Utility functions is € 60.

The price of the Annual Concession for functions of Primary Public Utility is € 600.

Subsidized deductible loans

As of 1 October 2017, the subsidised Electronic Travel Cards have been replaced and integrated into the MooneyGo App, provided by ATM S.p.A.

This form of payment is aimed at all those workers who, due to their specific activity, need to move frequently and park in all parking areas of the Municipality of Milan and whose vehicle must therefore be considered an instrumental asset suitable for carrying out their duties.

Those who fall into the categories specified below, have the "right to purchase" a credit discounted by 70% compared to the ordinary fare.

New users, after an Online Investigation by downloading Forms 2, 3a or 3b, will receive an authorization email from ATM and then an email from Pluservice indicating their MooneyGo subsidized account.

The MooneyGo APP can be downloaded for free (from the App Store for Ios and Google Play for Android).

It is important to display the coupon provided by MooneyGo in a clearly visible way on the dashboard of the vehicle to allow checks.

Within the time frame of the authorization granted, the right to take advantage of the benefit will be automatically renewed; in the event that the credit is not fully used, the remainder will be carried over to the next period; it will not be possible to top up a new credit before the previous one is consumed.

The subsidized credit can be used simultaneously on several vehicles and in a maximum number corresponding to the number of benefits.

If the credit ends before the accrual of the next subsidized credit right, you can continue to park using the APP without enjoying any tariff concession.
