Avoid queues: do it online, with the SPID

Residents and residents in the Municipality of Milan, with an Italian driving licence and vehicles registered in Italy, can receive the pass in digital format, without having to collect it at the ATM points. Just make the request online, with the SPID. Instructions and the request form can be found on this page.

The Pass can also be requested at the Duomo  Infopoint

You can request the pass for parking at the Infopoint Area B and Area C located in the mezzanine level of the Duomo metro station. The ATM points are open from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 15.30 and receive by appointment only. You can book it:

  • with our app. From the ATM Point menu select Duomo 2 – InfoPoint Area B/C
  • to the totems that you will find at the entrance of the Infopoint

Documents to bring to obtain the parking pass

  • copy of the front and back of the driving licence
  • copy of the front and back of the identity card
  • front and back copy of the updated registration document with the personal details of the person using the car

:: If you are a resident of Milan:

  • Form A (you can download it here (Italian))
  • front and back copy of the updated registration document with the personal details of the person using the car and applying for the pass (art. 94 paragraph 4 bis of the Highway Code)
  • If the car is on loan for use granted by a family member living with you or you route a company car, you need the declaration of exclusive use issued by the owner of the car in favor of those who use the car or apply for the pass
  • if the car has a foreign license plate and has been leased, leased or loaned, you need the declaration issued by the foreign owner of the car, stating that there are no operational offices of the company in Italy and the type of relationship that binds the foreign owner and those who use the car or to those who apply for the pass. EXAMPLE: Company A is based in Germany. The company declares that it has given one of its company cars with German plates to its employee X who resides in Milan, also declaring that it has no operational offices in Italy.

:: If you are domiciled in Italy (but not resident in Milan) or you are registered in the Registry of Italians Residing Abroad (A.I.R.E.):

  • receipt of registration with the Revenue Agency of the unexpired lease, loan, usufruct contract of the property where you live. Or a copy of the deed, if the property is owned by you
  • lease, loan and usufruct contract for any necessary details
  • domestic utility bills for gas or electricity in the name of the person applying for the pass and to whom the lease contract is in the name of
  • Form B (you can download it here)
  • front and back copy of the updated registration document with the personal details of the person using the car and applying for the pass (art. 94 paragraph 4 bis of the Highway Code)
  • In the case of a free loan for use granted by a cohabiting family member, the declaration of exclusive use issued by the owner of the vehicle to those who use the car or to those who request the pass is required (you can download the form here)
  • In the case of a company car, the declaration of exclusive use issued by the owner of the vehicle to those who use the car or to those who apply for the pass is required (you can download the form here)
  • In the case of leasing, long-term rental or free loan, you need a copy of the contract and the delivery report (if any) which includes the car's license plate, start date and duration of the contract
  • in the case of a car with a foreign license plate granted, leased or loaned, you need the declaration issued by the foreign owner of the car stating that there are no operational offices of the company in Italy and the type of relationship that binds the foreign owner with those who use the car or to those who apply for the pass. EXAMPLE: Company A is based in Germany. The company declares that it has given one of its company cars with German license plates to its employee X domiciled in Milan but resident in Bergamo, also declaring that it has no operational offices in Italy.
