Tram 12: diversions 

Line 12 is interrupted in several sections for works (redevelopment of via Bramante, unexpected interventions to the sewers in via Mac Mahon, new preferential lane in viale Umbria).

The route of tram 12, from Wednesday 18 March

Roserio – piazzale Santorre di Santarosa – viale Espinasse – piazzale Accursio – viale Certosa – piazza Firenze – via Cenisio – piazza Diocleziano – Cenisio M5 – via Luigi Nono - Cimitero Monumentale - via Ceresio – viale Montello – piazza Lega Lombarda – via Arena – Lanza M2 – via Ponte Vetero – via Broletto – Cordusio M1 – via Orefici – Duomo M1 M3 – via Mazzini – Missori M3 – via Larga – largo Augusto – corso di Porta Vittoria – Palazzo di Giustizia – piazza Cinque Giornate – Corso Ventidue Marzo – viale Corsica – Forlanini e Repetti M4 – via Marco Bruto – piazza Ovidio.

Until the end of the works in viale Umbria

The line is interrupted between Piazza Emilia and Molise. From Piazza Emilia it arrives in Piazza Ovidio.
From the Cadore/Corso 22 Marzo stop (Piazza Emilia) instead of turning into Viale Umbria, the trams make the same stops as the 27: they pass through Viale Corsica, Via Repetti, Via Marco Bruto. They end in Piazza Ovidio. From there they leave for Roserio on the same route, in reverse.

Alternatives between Piazza Emilia, Piazzale Martini and the terminus Molise

• 12 or 27 between Emilia and Campania/Corsica + 90 to Molise
• 66 between Via Cadore and Calvairate/Viale Molise. It passes through viale Umbria, piazza Cappelli, piazzale Martini and via Calvairate.
• 92 between viale Umbria and piazza Cappelli.

From 18 March, for about three weeks (works in via Mac Mahon)

In both directions, the trams diverted and skip the stops between Piazzale Santorre di Santarosa and Piazza Diocleziano.
When diverted, the trams stop in viale Espinasse (where tram 1 stops), in viale Certosa and in via Cenisio (where tram 14 stops).  In via Console Marcello and viale Mac Mahon the 12 is replaced by bus B12. Buses stop near tram stops, but in the car lane. To change between buses and trams , use the stops at Piazzale Santorre di Santarosa and Piazza Diocleziano.

Until 16 September (works in via Bramante)

In both directions, trams skip the stops at Via Bramante.
After the stops in via Cenisio M5 (towards piazza Ovidio) and via Legnano Arena (towards Roserio) the trams diverted and pass through Cimitero Monumentale, via Ceresio and viale Montello.
