ATM Point 

Welcome. We look forward to seeing you by appointment

ATM Points are a system of ATM points in our metro stations, where you can request information and assistance. To be assisted at our ATM points, you must book an appointment through our app. As an alternative, you can make an appointment by asking our staff at the entrance of any ATM Point.

 ATM Points and timetables

  • Duomo. Open from Monday to Saturday, from 7.45 to 20.00 and on Sunday from 10.15 to 13.15 and from 14.00 to 17.30.
  • Central. Open Monday to Saturday, from 7.45 am to 8.00 pm and on Sundays from 10.15 am to 1.15 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm (this ATM only accepts electronic payments, not cash). 
  • Cadorna. Open Monday to Saturday, from 7.45 am to 8.00 pm and on Sundays from 10.15 am to 1.15 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm (this ATM only accepts electronic payments, not cash).

Services at our ATM points

In addition to receivinggeneral information about the transport services we manage, you can get assistance on various topics:

  • You can request a new e-travel card or renew an expired one (until 31 March 2026 it is renewed free of charge)
  • You can request an electronic travel card if you have lost it, it has been stolen or it has broken down
  • you can renew your travel pass (you can also do it from the personal area of this website, from our app, at authorized retailers or automatic ticket machines in the metro)
  • you can buy the TrenoMilano travel pass 
  • You can replace magnetic tickets or travel passes that are not accepted by the validators (remember that travel documents must be kept carefully and kept intact. The ruined ones do not are replaced)
  • You can ask for a refund of tickets or travel passes if something went wrong at the vending machines (to get a refund, bring the receipt printed by the vending machine. Wait at least 24 hours after the incident before coming to the ATM Point)
  • you can pick up the Club ATM Card 
  • you can pay fines taken on means
  • you can pay the fines taken on the means in installments at the ATM Point inside the Area B and C Infopoint of the Duomo station. Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 16.00; on Saturdays from 8.30 to 14.00.
  • you can request the pass for parking at the Infopoint Area B and C (here the timetables of the ATM points and the documents to bring)

Subsidised passes based on the ISEE indicator are made at CAF

The numerous tax assistance centers (CAF) in Milan, Monza and provinces are at your disposal to make subsidised passes based on the ISEE indicator. Some accept online applications, others receive by reservation. You can find the list and the documents to be submitted on this page.

    • Valid ID
    • Tax Code (on the Regional Service Card)
    • Valid residence permit or authorization to stay on Italian territory, if you are a citizen of a country outside the European Union

    Also bring the documents you find below, according to the type of travel pass you need to request

    • Senior urban travel pass for residents of Milan. You need a certificate of residence (or self-certification, you can find the form at the ATM points)
    • Reduced or free Senior urban Travel pass for residents of the Metro City. You need a certificate of residence (or self-certification, you can find the form at the ATM points), a valid ISEE indicator (original + copy), 1 copy of a valid identity card
    • Urban travel pass for night students. Bring with you the self-certification in lieu of the school certificate
    • Urban travel pass for foster children. It is requested only and only at the ATM Point of Duomo. Bring with you the documentation relating to the letter of custody issued by the Municipality of Milan and 1 copy of all the documentation
    • Urban travel pass for families with three or more dependent children. Bring a copy of your family status (or self-certification, you can find the form at the ATM points) and 1 copy of your valid identity card
    • Urban travel pass for the unemployed and residents of Milan. It can only be requested at the ATM Point of Duomo. Bring the originals and a copy of these documents with you:
      • declaration of immediate availability for work (DID) demonstrating at least 24 months of inactivity or availability (Legislative Decree 150/2015);
      • valid employment status
      • valid ISEE indicator of the family unit not exceeding € 16,954.95
      • certificate of residence in the Municipality of Milan (or self-certification, you can find the form at the ATM points)
    • Urban travel pass for young people under 30. A valid ISEE indicator is required.

    Documents to bring to request a refund of tickets and travel passes

    • bank details (IBAN) and bank address
    • 1 photocopy of a valid identity document
    • 1 photocopy of the identity document of the current account holder (if different from you)
    • If you delegate someone, the person must bring the proxy, photocopy of his documents and photocopy of yours

    Do I need an invoice?

    You can request the invoice at all ATM Points, notifying our staff before the operation.
    Invoices for tickets are issued:

    • at the ATM Point in Duomo for all tickets
