On all our means of transport you can buy a ticket by paying directly with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and VPay contactless cards and devices. The service has no fees, nor is registration required. Discover how it works. 

Buy a ticket with the ATM app

From our app, you can buy various types of tickets: single trip, single-day, three-days or 10-trip carnets. Tickets are valid to travel in Milan or in all the municipalities of the Metropolitan City and the province of Monza and Brianza where the integrated tariff system applies. You can choose how to pay: with a credit card, PayPal or Satispay. Download the app from your store and read how it works.

Buying tickets in the metro and at retailers

Tickets for travelling in Milan and other fare zones are on sale at automatic vending machines in metro stations. They can also be purchased at newsstands and authorized retailers. Here you can find the list.

Is the ticket not working?

We replace faulty or damaged tickets when it is not due to our passengers. Bring the ticket to one of our ATM Points (excluding the one at Zara). Book an appointment via app.
